Oracle's NetSuite says 13,000-plus customers already use its AI through Claude or ChatGPT. Its own assistant is only now reaching Britain.

"We have more than 13,000 customers now that are leveraging AI through the AI Connector service," said Craig Sullivan, who runs product management at Oracle NetSuite.

The connector links outside chatbots such as Claude and ChatGPT to NetSuite, diginomica reported on 26 October from Oracle's SuiteWorld event.

NetSuite's built-in assistant, Ask Oracle, has so far been available only in the US and Canada. The UK rollout is starting now. Spain, Sweden and the Benelux countries follow in early 2027.

diginomica wrote that the vendor "starts on the back foot" with its own assistant. Sullivan said those customers want the AI "built into their business system" and are looking to move processes they built outside NetSuite into it.

NetSuite also launched a library of more than 45 "agentic building blocks" called SuiteSkills. They work inside its own assistant or through the outside chatbots.

The source gives no total customer count, so the 13,000 cannot be read as a share of NetSuite's base.
