What we collect. The email address you give us for the Brief. The name, company, email and message you send through the Sponsor and Ask forms. Nothing else: this site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Why. To send you the newsletter you asked for, and to answer the message you sent. The legal basis is your consent for the newsletter and our legitimate interest in replying to you for the forms.

Where it is kept. In a Supabase database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt), and with our email delivery provider for the purpose of sending the Brief. Both act as processors on our instructions. We do not sell addresses.

How long. Until you ask us to delete it. When the brief goes out by email, every issue will carry a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of what we hold about you at any time through the Ask form. We act within 30 days, usually the same week. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
