Anthropic ordered $44.6 billion of computing from a company earning $140 million.

Nscale Global Holdings filed to go public on the New York Stock Exchange, CNBC reported.

The company builds data centres for AI workloads and counts Nvidia among its backers.

Active and contracted total contract value reached $103.4 billion as of 31 August 2026, up from $38.0 billion at the end of 2025.

Revenue for the first half of this year was $140.6 million, growth of more than 1,250% according to CNBC. Over the same six months, the net loss was $1.02 billion.

Last month Anthropic signed an infrastructure deal with Nscale worth about $44.6 billion. It is buying roughly 460 megawatts at a West Virginia campus called Monarch, which runs on its own microgrid.

Nscale was valued at $14.6 billion in March. Sources told Bloomberg it is seeking up to $3 billion from the offering.
