The filing lists purchase and lease commitments of about $895.4 billion, "substantially all of which is related to compute and infrastructure".

Revenue for the nine months to 30 September was $33.24 billion. In the third quarter alone it was roughly $17 billion, up about 1,127% on a year earlier, with a net loss of $23.29 billion.

Growth from the previous quarter slowed to around 47%, from 144% in the second quarter and 132% in the first.

The nine-month net loss was $104 billion. CNBC says most of it came from changes in the fair value of convertible notes, loans that can turn into shares, and derivative liabilities.

CNBC says Anthropic gets much of its computing from Amazon, Google and SpaceX. The report does not say over how many years the commitments fall due, the figure that would turn $895 billion into a yearly bill.
