Unitree shipped over 5,500 humanoid robots. Under 10% of its revenue came from industry.

Unitree Robotics closed at 513.93 yuan on Wednesday, according to The Robot Report. That is 53% below the 1,100 yuan its shares hit on day one. About $35 billion of market value has gone since the peak. The Wall Street Journal put industrial applications at less than 10% of the company's total 2025 revenue. The Robot Report says Unitree shipped more than 5,500 humanoids in 2025.
The mix is in Unitree's own filing. Replying to the Shanghai Stock Exchange's pre-review inquiry, it said research and education accounted for 73.6% of humanoid revenue in the first nine months of 2025. Commercial and consumer use was 17.4%. Industrial applications were 9.01%, with corporate guided tours making up 50% to 70% of that slice.
Founder Wang Xingxing told the World Robot Conference in August that the industry's "ChatGPT moment" is two to three years away at the fastest, five to ten at the slowest.
The clip below is Unitree's own demo, published on 10 September.
